Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason (§§ 355, 312g German Civil Code, BGB). A clear statement to info@rovenlissa.com is sufficient. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Goods must be returned complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. Unused coverings and kits in original, unopened packaging may be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Mixed or part-used resin and chemical products cannot be returned once opened, for safety reasons; tiles or mats that have been cut or laid, and a floor that has been coated, cannot be returned. Order a little extra and check your area before opening. The direct cost of returning a heavy item is borne by the customer unless it arrived defective, damaged or incomplete, in which case we put it right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we confirm the outcome and refund to the original means of payment within 14 days.

Warranty

The statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) applies for 24 months from delivery (§§ 437 ff. BGB). A coated or covered floor wears with traffic, hot tyres and chemicals over time, and a resin floor can yellow a little under strong UV — this is normal, not a defect. Damage from laying a covering over a slab that was not clean, sound, dry and properly prepared, from a resin not mixed, applied and cured per the data sheet, from a moisture problem in the slab, or from a floor used before it had cured is not a warranty defect.
